Unable to login to Unleashed app to update the software

I haven't updated my Ruckus software since I bought my house 3 years ago. Recently, I tried to login to the Unleashed app but I wasn't able to. I tried many tips from this forum but nothing worked. I was able to login in to my Ruckus server on my laptop using the IP address and using "admin" and "Lennar" as username/password. But the Unleashed App did not accept these credentials. I also tried to change the login destination to one of the Ruckus IP address but still couldn't login.

My question is how can I login to my Unleashed App to upgrade the software? or what other ways I can follow to upgrade the software from maybe my laptop?

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS Unleashed application. Wi-Fi network through the RUCKUS Access Points just works fine.

This is a known issue when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. To assist you in upgrading your RUCKUS Access Points please help us with the below details.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.203 from your Laptop.

Please refer to the below videos for the Upgrade process:

Thanks Imran!

I was able to login to my Unleashed App by pointing to the correct IP address for the Access Points. I was able to upgrade to the latest recommended S/W version: 200.15.6.12.304. Everything is working fine now.
