SmartZone 100 can not upload license

The SZ100 can not upload the license after that it was sync license with server was successfully.
When i upload license file ( .bin) , the SZ100 display the following message:
"Unable to upload the controller license file. Reason: Import license dara to node failed. Reason: Failed to fetch license from server."

SZ-100's license system is terrible.
