Ruckus switch ICX 7150-c12p is not powering on

Hello Team, Hope you are doing well. I have Ruckus switch ICX 7150-c12p in the home and all in sudden it stopped working. I tried to debug on my own using the steps provided in the other cases but even reset is not working. I can see Orange lights coming up for a second when I power on then nothing. Looking for your help. Now, all the IoTs connected to the AP is down.

I tried the below steps

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

1. Remove power from the switch.
2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
