Ruckus networks blocking logins pages for all website

Hello All, 

don't know if any of the users are experiencing this, but with the new update, Ruckus is blocking all the login pages 

- to be clear, accessing any website, entering username and password, will be stuck not that page and keep on loading. 

- if the same steps are followed on the att connection it works perfectly 

I have rebooted the device multiple time 

 

any suggestions?

also cannot access ICX and have tries all the combos listed on this link - https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Admin-usernames-and-passwords-for-the-Ruckus-Wi-Fi-Access-Points/td-p/46740

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working with intermittent Internet connectivity.

This issue may be due to a SPR code running on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

Please refer to the ‘Lennar Knowledge Base’ guide below which will help you get this issue resolved:
