Access Points not showing 5G and 2.4G lights green

Question

We’re having issues with the access points so we tried factory resetting the main access point but still have the same issue with the 5G and 2.4G lights not turning on. What should I do?

Hi Haderthon23,
Thank you for contacting us, Could you please help me with the LED Status for CTRL and PWR, are they steady green?
If yes, then it's because WLAN services are down. To confirm, I'll request you to share me the following output from the AP CLI:
- get boarddata
- get wlanlist
