Hello, I want to know that when I purchase any ICX switches like 7150, 7550 do I get the support license with the purchase or will I have to purchase support license?

ICX comes with 90 days remote support from the date of shipment, after which the unit should have a support associated with it else you would not be able to get support from Ruckus TAC. The Partner/Disti should always quote ICX with support either with Partner support of End User support. Please refer below link and check FAQs to understand more.
