The lights went off and on then the access point did not work. I unplugged internet and back in then unplugged switch box and back in. Lights on front of access point were green but the back had an orange light flashing. Unplugged the cable from access point to switch but now the thermostat is going off and in line and Alexa will not play and phones will not connect What do I need to do Thank you
