We had power reset and controller went into boot mode with all light as amber.
I factory reset the controller, now lights are green but the port connecting AP doesnt turn green. Any suggestion?
Rukus is down since a week. Please help.

Do you mean the controller is now operational but the APs are not being managed by the controller?In that case, did you configure to the controller the same IP address it had before the reset to factory settings?Please share some pcitures or screenshots tha depict what is happening exactly.
Yes. Controller shows green. Internet signal shows green. Wire connecting to ap does not blink. Note - I did reset on controller as it was stuck in amber light. Here is the image.

Could you share a picture of the status of the LEDs in the affected AP?
