Does country code matter in the wireless configuration of Ruckus 7343 Wireless AP

Having issues with speeds over the the Wireless network. My ISP is giving me 100 Mbps and over the wireless network I am getting only 20 Mbps. If I connect to the lan of the AP it is giving me 100 Mbps. What could be the problem

Well first, what's the FW of the ZD?
With which client station are you testing? Is it a 1x1?
Is there interference present? Can you send us an InSSIDer pic of the environment?
How much speed (and packet loss if any) do you get when you run SpeedFlex in the Monitor :: APs?
