user when they are in Head office they get connected but when they are moving to branch office they are not get connected

Hello Everyone, We have SZ 100 with Radius authentication its a multi-location setup the problem am having is we have some roaming user when they are in Head office they get connected but when they are moving to branch office they are not get connected after update driver or reinstall the drivers then it will get connected issue is having with only Windows 8.1 laptop....any idea what is missing or where is the problem.
