Passed Ruckus Sales Expert Exam did not get Certificate

Hello..

I appeared for the Ruckus Sales Expert (REx) exam and passed with 80% score but due to some screwup cannot see my score or did not receive my certificate.

Any way to get my Certifcate other than reappearing ?

Hi Hans,

You have taken the final exam for Introduction to Ruckus Products, but this course does not carry a certificate. Rather, it is a supporting course (along with Sales Essentials- https://training.ruckuswireless.com/course/view.php?id=19 ) for the Ruckus Sales Expert (REx) Certification (https://training.ruckuswireless.com/course/view.php?id=22).

I had exactly the same issue....i've passed the exam, but still no certificate ?
