No one knows the login and password.
What is the procedure to retrieve user login and password?

Please confirm the if you have new APs out of the box ? What are the model of the APs ?
Total number of APs you have ?
Do you have CLI access of the IP ?
If password recovery option was configured on the unleashed controller you can change the password using " Forget password" option.

No. They are legacy. R550 and R310.

They are up in the ceiling.
I dont think password recovery is enabled.
