How many logging sessions can be open in R310 access point? When over 20 people try to join guest access wlan brower gives error message that Service is busy. Is there any restrictions?

I ran in to that problem yesterday with mutch less than 20 people. I upgraded the firmware to the latest on the AP ́s and I don ́t know if that was the solution but after that it start working.
