mobile device connectivity issue

Hi,

Just want to share my experience with regards to Zone controller issue -  mobile device was unable to connect to a certain SSID (devices was detected as windows machine).

Maybe some of you experience or encounter same issue/problem.

We might need to check on the controller and the logs to see why the IOS and Android are detecting as Windows.
I would suggest you to open a support case so that we can investigate on this.

Hi @sanjay_kumar

No certain model, and selected mobile clients only.We are using SSO for WIFI SSID via Active Directory.The said devices were able to connect previously but right now, unable to connect.Upon checking on the controller, device was detected as windows instead of IOS or Android.
