Dear Support Team,  Please help us upgrade firmware for our Resort - Premier Village Danang Resort. We cannot upgrade firmware because of expired license Support Service. The current version: 9.9.0.0

Hi Khanh,

Please contact your local Ruckus distributor and arranged a support contract, then you can upgrade to the latest version.
You can only upgrade if you have an active support contract.

If you don't know who your distributor is, please let me know your location and country and I will ask someone to contact you.
