how to calibrate vspot with spot application?

deployed vspot but am unable to calibrate the map.
have installed the spot app on iphone but states invalid credentials.

Latest SPoT 3.4.4 and vSPoT 2.4.4 User Guide on Support is at this URL:

You need a SPoT license, and should login with your account info (page 18).

You need your APs in a Group with Venue FQDN and server port (page 29).

iOS SPoT Calibrator App instructions start on page 56.  When prompted to login, use your SPoT account uid/pw,
not the controller admin login credentials.
