Connections being dropped and reconnects with StandAlone Ruckus AP7372

I'm using ZF7372 standalone in my Office, started getting frequent disconnection and re-connection of Mobile Devices from Access Point. Problem occurs very oftenly.

pls chk if your AP channel is set to smart select. if yes, then you can use fixed channel.
