Which chipsets and CPU do the various Ruckus AP`s use?

Does anybody know what chipsets and CPU`s the various Ruckus AP`s use, as I cant find this information anyanywhere?

Why is it internal information?  Cisco advertises in their data sheets.  It would be nice to know what hardware specs are when making decisions.

That's internal information, that our competitors would love to know, and is not published 
or shared without good reason, ie are you working with a Ruckus VAR to compare products, etc?

What Ruckus model AP are you comparing to what competitor's AP, and I can provide RF specs?
