It took some research, but here are our test results for your specifications.
We tested the wall mount portion of the bracket and it was able to
hold up to 804 lbs before failure at about an inch away from the base of the
cantilever. The actual load it can support in the field will depend on where
the load is applied (the center of gravity of the equipment mounted).
Rough estimate – moment load from test is 804lbsx 1inch = 804in-lbs. Take this
moment load and divide by the actual distance(in inches) of the applied load
will give the rough estimate on the max force it can support at that distance.
Then divide this max force by 2 for safety factor.
The bracket since it is cast aluminum will behave differently to an impact load.
