Ruckus system shows signal but no connectivity

System shows up on devices but cannot get connectivity. Main router and modem work fine.

Are you referring to the Unleashed AP?
On the GUI you see the Internet connection?
If yes, check if you are able to ping the internet like 8.8.8.8 google.com from the Admin & Services -- Administer -- Network Connectivity
