Unleashed: alarm notification by mail

Hello, is it possible to receive alarm notification by mail as we do in ZD, or I can only use SNMP traps?

It must be considered as Ruckus Partners are most likely installers or MSP's who provide monitoring as a service. Besides remote monitoring in this era is a given must have option.
