LEDs are out however Rukus works without issue

Question

Hi

Out Rukus work, no issue with connectivity; Can see traffic in the Console Management however, none of the LEDs on Rukus stations R750 are light?

Is there a setting that disables this feature? I have tried rebooting individual stations

Hi @AriG

If the AP is managed from ZD or SZ, then there is an option to disable the LED feature.

AP Group >> Model Specific >> Select the AP >> Status LED

Turn on if disabled.

Is this R750 AP hosted on a Ruckus SmartZone controller, Ruckus Cloud, part of an Unleashed setup, or running on ZoneDirector.
