I have a T610 can I put another T610 about 800 feet away direct line of sight to extend

wifi or do I need to use a P300. Do T610 pair ?

You can also mesh two T610 if you use a controller (ZD, vSZ, SZ or unleashed).

If you use Unleashed code, two T610 model APs could Mesh together, but probably not more than 300 feet.
Yes, a pair of P300 point to point bridges is your best choice for this application.
