The switch suddenly stop working. All the lights are off. I have tried to plug in and out many times, even trying the reset button. Unfortunately, the switch still cannot be power back on.

1-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
Please provide us with a complete picture showing the front of the switch and that it is properly connected to a power source.
