I have removed the main power supply and reconnected it. Unit will still not power on. Unit attached to the ceiling has all light indicators off. Please assist.

Hello Fernando:
Appreciate the swift reply. It is powered by the unit pictured. The unit pictured is the one I unplugged and re plugged. The ICX itself has no lights, sound or signs of life. We had not recent spikes or outages to my knowledge.
I did not see the picture feel free to share
1-Could you please also sent us a picture of your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
Best Regards
The R510 is powered by the ICX-7150 C12. Both units are not working. The ICX is plugged into a reliable power source.
Both the ICX and the R510 have no lights on at all, no green nor amber.. The ICX is plugged into a reliable power source.
Hope you are doing well!
