R510 routers and lights are not displaying in my home. Need support asap.

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

Good morning,My routers Aps is still not accessible in my lennar home. Im only seeing the power light on. The ctl and others are not detecting any light. Can someone help me out. Thank you.
