why I cannot login ssh with pasword on contoler interface. it shows me Permission denied (publickey).

By design SmartZone CLI will not let you use a custom credential with super-admin permission - either through external management servers or internal database. SSH / CLI only accepts "admin" as username and the password associated with admin.
Also please confirm the number of interface on the controller. If you are trying to login into the controller via control IP address it won't work, we need to login via management IP for the SSH/CLI.
