How do I enable band-steering/band-balancing on a 7363 AP managed by a vSCG cluster?

I am evaluating vSCG and it appears that band-steering/band-balancing is disabled by default on the 7363 AP it manages.
Is there a way to enable band-steering/balancing on all WLANs that are managed by a vSCG?

Hello Tim Clark,
As far as i know SCG is a BIG controller for Telcos and BIG operators. In controller Band steering(BS) is enabled by default.
How you are checking that BS is disabled?
