Hi there,

I have recently migrated my VSZ environment into RuckusCloud, however, I have noticed I now cannot pre-define guest passwords. I had a user this morning arrive and open their laptop and asked for guest credentials, which I then created in RuckusCloud and sent via email. My user cannot receive this email as they were not on my wireless network yet?!

Unless I am being silly, can there be an option to 'pre-define' a guest password, for example, %GuestSurname2022!% and inform guests that this is their password?

Yes there is an option which is with Guest network. When you have WLAN Captive portal + Guest pass (Users sign in with personal password which they need to get in advance from the network administration staff). Once you create a Guest pass you have option to add Guest contact number and email and send it either to both or one of them through which they should connect to you allowed network.
