R710 failing to pick Zone firmware and settings in smartzone

Question

Im  moved the R710 Aps from staging zone to the created zone but they have failed to pick zone settings,wireless LAN settings and zone firmware.

Any ideas why will be appreciated.

To understand more can you share output of below from one of the affected AP, until unless AP upgrade itself to the zone/vSZ image it wont get new config hence we need to identify reason of upgrade failure (considering this is a new AP) :

rkscli: get rpki-cert issuer

rkscli: get version

rkscli: get syslog log
