Upgrade vSZ

Hi!

I have a problem while I tried to upgrade my vSZ. After upload the firmware, vSZ show me a windows with the next message:

The current system cannot be upgraded. Reaseon: Following controller dont have a valid supoort license.

In fact, the license is ok but the problem is that the vSZ do not have access to Internet to validate again the license. Thus, I cant upgrade the vSZ since 3.4.2 to 3.6.2. Is there any alternative to upgrade firmware? Maybe for ssh, putty, etc...
