I want to edit the configuration of an R350 and the vSZ returns "You d'ont have the privilge to perform this operation".
I try to delete it from the list but the same message occured
I didn't create any user execpt the "admin"
Hi @Elisabeth
Can you provide screenshot from the vSZ WEB showing your admin account type ? If you are doing this as admin and still the error you will need to raise a TAC case and share your cluster backup with us to replicate and accordingly provide a solution.

I have same Problem bellow i attach, one AP can't be move to other zone and can't delete, if i try will appear massages "You do not have the privilege to perform this operation", how to solve it
What is the user account in use ? If its not admin then you might have a user that has only access to perform certain limited things in which moving AP to another zone is not added (access for a single zone etc)
I'm using account admin with privillege super user, and i test to with other user with role super user but still have an messages "You do not have the privilege to perform this operation", i have 62 APs but only one AP that can't to move other zones.I'm using Ruckus Smartzone100 and for AP use Rcukus R610
I'm having the same or very similar issue. As soon as a click on certain APs I get "You do not have the privilege to perform this operation." I'm logged in as admin. It seems to be APs on one subnet only. Any updates?
my issue is solved itself, but i don't know the root cause,Have you try reboot the Controlller and AP?or reset that the AP
