MY ZD1200 not find my APS

MY ZD1200 not find my APS, when Im on dashboard on AP sections appear 0 AP, and APS are on SSID Recover.me but, i'm running same version on other ZD when I toke APS to other ZD APS are working.

any ideia whats can be happening?

already copy file backup from ZD other to other ZD not working, 

downgrand Firmware Version not working

Reset and Load same version of Firmware Im using on other of ZD area not working

Do you have enough AP license on the controller?
Is the AP and Controller are on same location?
What is the controller and AP version you have tried?
