What settings to I need to put into Hotspot services to send a user to the Zero
IT Activation pages and only those pages?

I'm trying to set up a network for my users to self register their devices. What I'd like to happen is they join the network, are presented with the Zero IT Activation log in, authenticate, install and then change over to the secure network. I've read a document on how to do this using guest services which works fine, but I want to use guest services for something else (actual guest services).

You would create a hotspot wlan and in the Hotspot configuration you would put this URL in the "Login Page":
