We have a SmartZone 100 and do not have the admin credentials for it. Is there any way to gain access without resetting the entire configuration?

Sorry, there's no way to recover SZ100 without factory default.
If you have a local SE, ask them to submit a Field Request for a TS capability to read admin pw from a backup file.
