On 02/13/2015, we will roll out a new look and feel to our Ruckus Support Forums for all customers.



What: A new update to Ruckus Support Forums:



• A new back-end service engine and application platform.


• A new look and feel, with updated product icons.


• Announcements section to highlight latest topics.


• Most Helpful Members – recognition of top community participants.



We anticipate that with these new enhancements, customers will have a more streamlined and efficient experience when posting or answering questions or sharing information.



The Single Search field, searches recent and relevant topics based on your search keywords.



And included now, are links in a section to Share Your Expertise, where opinions and advice are welcome. We're glad that you're participating.
