HotSpot is an external server solution, where you host the customized as you like login page, and authentication.

"Built-in" Guest Access web authentication page customization is described in latest version ZoneDirector User Guide,
and allows you to upload your company Logo, and edit the Terms and Conditions text.

changes beyong is NOT possible with controller based hotspot. You need to consider 3rd party hotspot solution like purple wifi etc...
