When migrating from ZD1150 to a ZD3000, will a backup\restore also move the DPSKs so you would not have to enter new keys in all the devices on the Ruckus WiFi ?

Yes, taking the Backup file and restoring it moves the DPSK's as well. But, please ensure that both the Zone Directors are on the same version. If the new/old Zone Director has managed APs make sure that they are on the same version too.
