SCG200 - Signal coverage does not appear

Dear, I am with a SCG200 version 3.5.1.0.862, and since I am responsible for the RF of a big event, I configured my MAP with all access points in my network. However, even following the document below, I would like to sbaer why I can not parse the RF environment in this release?
