For parental controls, you would have to add another product like trend micro home network security firewall device. I can’t tell you if it’s any good since it’s a new product this past year. The ruckus r510 just focuses on giving good reliable WiFi.

You can have schedules for the WiFi...that’s about it.

The options is the SSID settings under >> WiFi-Networks >> Select the SSID >> Click on Edit >> WLAN Priority >> Service Schedule >> Select Specific >> Use the mouse cursor to choose the time range for each day and save it.

The option only available at SSID level and not on the client basis.
