Unleashed dashboard has never worked, it just doesnt load and always pushing me off sessions, does any one have the same problem???

I have 16 APs, I can see the mac in the switch but they doesnt appear on dashboard, also always logs me off.

Existe la posibilidad de que otro de los AP's se haya promovido como master y que el grueso de tus AP ́s esté asociado a ese otro master.

Prueba apagando el AP del cual mandas la captura de pantalla. Y trata de entrar nuevamente a tu dashboard.

There is the possibility that another of the AP's has been promoted as a master and that the bulk of your AP's is associated with that other master.

Try turning off the AP from which you send the screenshot. And try to enter your dashboard again.

Hello, thanks for the reply, Ive tried with Chrome initially, but I also tried with Microsoft Edge and behavior is the same, Unleashed version is 200.2.9.13.186 and my computer is W10.

Can you ssh into one of the Non Master AP and get the output of the command "get election" ?

Eg:

Please check if it has an ip from your DHCP server, if it's IP is set statically please make sure that is not acting as Master, by logging into its CLI.

Mira los APs están operando bien, el tema es la gestión para soporte por la falta de acceso, el día de ayer probé apagando todos, pues apagando los puertos del switch e ir prendiendo uno a uno pero sigue estando el mismo como master pero llega un momento en que dejan de aparecer y despues el dashboard ya se corrompe.

Los tengo funcionando en otra ciudad por eso se me complica ir y reconfigurarlos que es lo que se me ocurre para restablecer la gestión web.

In the above output do you see the AP that is not showing in Dashboard ?

if you are able to ping the APs that do not show here please try to factory reset them and set static IP and try to set them as a Member AP using below command before adding them back in same L2 network.

I have 16 APs, I only have ping to 7 of them (those yo can see in the "get election") but in Dashboard sometimes I just can see one of them.
