Android OS can not connect SSID whit hospot

Hello!

I have an AP T300 stand alone, there is no authentication and encyrption. we use dpsk for hotspot service, configure a hotspot whit Walled Garden Facebook, this works well in Apple devices, but in android devices not redirected to the captive portal for the login.

What can cause this problem?

Any idea?
