Hi Swapnil,
Are you managing the AP in standalone mode or a ZD managed mode?
If they are in the standalone mode, they should support up to 500 concurrent stations.
If they are managed by a ZD, the value differs as per the ZD model.
Please check the specification guide of the APs at our website.

the answer is more complex than that. It depends on multiple factors including including but not limited to:
What type of WLAN (Open, WPA2-PSK, WPA2-Enterprise etc)
What type of encryption will be used (AES-CCMP or TKIP) if any
Standalone or controller based
Also, concurrent user support is quoted on associations not traffic passing clients so the max number of supported devices will always be greater than the max number of clients that can be associated and passing traffic over any given period.

Tx Anusha....
I am using SMG 200 for the manage the AP.
I have idea its support upto 500 concurrent stations, but i want to know how many Concurrent users are support to 1 no. AP.

Type of WLAN is open...

Ok assuming that you haven't got any other WLAN's on the AP's and you are using both 2.4 & 5GHz radio's i would suggest the following numbers. Again, there is a difference between theoretical maximum devices associations (stated by Anusha) and the number at which users can expect an 'acceptable' level of service:
7372: 150 users
T301: 200 users
Even at these numbers you need to consider what the bandwidth and service requirements of the users are. For example if its for guest web access then a larger number of devices can be supported. If the use case is different and larger bandwidth or low latency is a requirement the numbers would need to change.

Concurrent sessions are related to mulltiple factors.
Below are a number of these factors:
1. STA capabilities
2. Application being used
3. Frequency being used
4. Standard being used
5. Protocol being used
6. Number of SSID's being broadcast
7. Environment - clean or noisy
8. Channel Size being used
Without knowing the above you cannot put a number on concurrent sessions.

Robert posted the best answer above. It depends on the Auth Type (WEP/TKIP take 4 mem slots compared to WPA2/AES),
and Association IDs are first come, first served.
See the table in KBA-4666: Where can I find the number of supported clients by auth type on Ruckus APs?

Is there an updated version of this table that includes the R510 and R610?
