ZoneDirector 1100 Status red

Question

Just bought a ZD1100 secondhand and when I boot it I get a orange colour first on the status led, then nothing then permanent red.

I tried to hard reset it, same result (status permanent red) and no access on 192.168.0.2 (and my PC is on the same range)

How long you try to access on 192.168.0.2?
i had some case or my computer used to take easy 15 sometimes 25min to access this interface 
Had the problem 3 time recently 
 the cause of the problem was the flash drive inside the zd who died. On the interface of recovery when i try any action (as fdisk).
