Terms of Use page is very broken

Question

I'm creating a guest access WLAN where the "Terms of Use" have to be accepted.  The formatting of the TOU page that users see is very broken.  Title is set to "null"  (the word!), the TOU verbiage spills out over the right margin, and the intro text is black on dark blue background, i.e. unreadable.  It's the same on all browsers and devices.  I don't see any way to fix this at the ZD and it looks very unprofessional.  Any thoughts?

This is a ZD 1200 running 9.13.3.

This issue appears to be fixed in 9.13.3.0.41.  Release notes have this: "Resolved a “Terms of Use” display issue. [ER-4975]" and I just updated to 9.13.3.0.41 and the TOS page looks normal again.
