zone director 1100

I have zone director 1100 in that ethernet port not functioning ....... so is there any other option like configure this zone director using console....

ZD Console access settings per KBA-4232:

When trying to access ZD via console cable these value's needs to be as used.

Ruckus Zone Director Console baud rate is 115200. and we use 1 stopbit, 1 data bit, no parity, no flowcontrol.

Hi Pradeep,ZD1100 comes with two 1 Gig ports. Could you check if both ports are not working or just one.If both eth ports are not working then device cannot communicate with network, so you have to replace this device.Even if you configure things from CLI, how ZD will communicate with network. It needs network connection over eth ports for AP/ZD communication and internet.Regards,Syamantak Omer
