trouble+accessing+guest+pass+portal

Question

When trying to login to request a guest pass I receive and error stating " Either your user name or password in incorrect.  Please try again"  I am trying to login with the user that was just created and the role is properly set.

I am on a ZD1106 Version 9.3.4.0 Build 21
