what should I need to to after installed vSZ?
unknown
Hello,
I have installed vSZ on Aure, and have Ruckus AP T610 on my local network. The AP connect to vSZ with command: set scg ip vSZ_ip_address.
after that, I go to vSZ and configure the AP with SSID. However, I don't see this SSID broadcast.
so, I have some questions after googled:
1. do I need to have vSZ license for now?
2. my AP behinds NAT. So do I need to configure for this?
3. do I need to open the port on Azure for communicating between vSZ and AP? is this two-way or one-way?
thank you so much !
regards,

also I am reading the documentation Ruckus SmartZone 100 and Virtual
SmartZone-Essentials Administrator
Guide, 5.1.1.

Hi Tien,
assuming you are using vSZ-E or SZ100, according with the doc you are referring. Check that doc
(SZ100VSZE-5.1.1-AdministratorGuide-RevA-20190426.pdf) in pages 459-460 you have the list of ports you need to open on SZ, check all are opened.
Can you also go to AP CLI and provide output for these commands?
get version
get scg
get sshtunnel
I'm also assuming you have created a new zone and moved the AP to that zone, where you have the SSID, correct?
Regards..
David.
