Can't figure out how to Configre Zoneflex R610

Question

I recently purchased a few ZoneFlex R610 AP's after a brief test run with the R310.  For some reason I can't get the R610 to phone home and establish a connection with Ruckus Cloud.  The interesting thing about this is that I had the R310 working on this same port which is "Trunked."  What am I missing?

I was able to get to it.  I had to remove and re-add it to the Cloud.

Hi Eric, what firmware type and version is the R610 running?Have you checked IP connectivity from the R610, e.g. is it pulling an IP address from DHCP and/or can it ping 8.8.8.8?Thanks,Darrel.
