2. What will the router address 150 devices including mobile devices?
3. Is it possible to connect the access point to the second switch?

Clarification needed:

I think you mean 1* access point support 150 + devices? or the router on the top of map?
You can connect access point to any switch as long as they have connectivity back to controller and internet.
